Shrimp Salad Croissants

We all deserve a little pampering once in a while. I can't think of any better way to do that than to sink your teeth into a large croissant stuffed with chunky shrimp salad. Go ahead, live a little!
What You'll Need
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed
- 3 ribs celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large croissants, sliced in half horizontally
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the croissants; mix well.
- Spread equal amounts of the shrimp salad over the bottom halves of the croissants then replace the tops and serve.
Notes
For variety, why not add chopped pecans or green grapes to this salad?
