What You'll Need
- 1 (15-1/2-ounce) can white hominy, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can chili-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
What to Do
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; cook over medium heat until soup is thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
