A veggie in every bite-this would make Mama proud! Serve up your gang's favorite combination of mixed veggies in this soup, and there'll be smiles all around.
What You'll Need
- 3 (14-ounce) cans chicken broth, undiluted
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 1 (8-1/2-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
What to Do
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a Dutch oven; cover and bring to a boil
- Stir in pasta; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
