Mustard-Topped Turkey Cutlets

Turkey breast cutlets are jazzed up with a zesty mustard-flavored breading that's sure to cause a tasty stir at the dinner table. This quick weeknight dinner tastes like you fussed, but it's easy.
What You'll Need
- 4 to 5 turkey breast cutlets (about 1 pound)
- 2 teaspoons vegetable or olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
What to Do
- Preheat oven to broil. Brush turkey cutlets with the oil on both sides.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, bread crumbs, wine, mustard and sugar; set aside.
- Place turkey on broiling pan; broil 6 inches from heat source for about 3 minutes on each side, until done and no pink remains.
- Spread mustard mixture over turkey; broil for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes more or until topping is hot and golden brown.
