    What You'll Need

    • 4 cups water
    • 1 pound Brussels sprouts (about 24)
    • 1 pound sliced bacon
    • Coarse black pepper for sprinkling
    • Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

    What to Do

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
    2. In a large saucepan over high heat, bring water to a boil. Place Brussels sprouts in boiling water and return water to boil 4 to 5 minutes; drain.
    3. Gently squeeze Brussels sprouts to dry. Place a Brussel sprout at one end of a piece of bacon then roll up and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with pepper. Repeat with remaining bacon and brussels sprouts.
    4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp and Brussels sprouts are fork-tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
