    Take a bite out of the West Coast with this zesty burger that combines avocado and salsa, making this a truly unique burger experience -- and you don't need to travel to California to try it.

    What You'll Need

    • 1 1/2 pound ground beef
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 6 hamburger rolls
    • 6 lettuce leaves
    • 1 avocado, cut into 12 slices
    • 1/3 cup salsa, divided

    What to Do

    1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
    2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper; mix well. Form into 6 equal patties.
    3. Grill burgers 8 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning halfway through grilling.
    4. Place lettuce leaf on rolls, top with burgers, 2 slices avocado and 1 tablespoon salsa and serve immediately.
