My family enjoyed the new way to eat fresh fish but next time I will put the veggies on the side. The veggies seemed to interfere with the yummy chowder flavor. I might also add cheese flavor potato flakes because the shredded cheese I put on as a garnish really tasted GREAT!

I like the recipes but would like to see if nutrition info could be added. I am doing weight watchers and the info including fiber would help me a great deal in keeping with the program and trying new things as well.
