How can we add a load of flavor to our burgers all at once? Mix in a load of tasty ingredients for an All in One Burger that's so good they may not even need any extra toppings. Sure, let them add some if they want.
What You'll Need
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/3 cup mild picante sauce
- 1/3 cup (1-1/3 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon pepper
What to Do
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Form mixture into patties; layer patties in aluminum foil and refrigerate to firm up.
- Broil, grill or bake to desired doneness.
Notes
Serve with your favorite burger or Tex-Mex toppings or just plain on a bun. And you can add your own seasonings or try barbecue sauce instead of picante sauce.

I am looking for your burger recipe where bacon is added before grilling. Do you still have this on line?

Dear Mr. Food, I made this recipe last week for the ladies of the Bible Study I host and teach -- the only man in the house was my husband, our pastor. I want you to know, the only change I made was to make them as sliders (we are dainty ladies, you know!) and there was not a single slider leftover! What a wonderful tasiting burger! (And I don't like burgers!) Thanks so very much -- I love your newsletters and your ideas!
