Might try spreading a little cream cheese on the rolls before filling. Either way, these sound great!

BACON, how can you go wrong????

I have made this using pepperoni and mozzerella cheese, very good!

I haven't tried the bacon pinwheel rolls yet, but I think they will be great for our breakfast bar at church in December. I'll be trying them soon.
