What You'll Need
- 1 (11-ounce) can refrigerated French bread dough (see note)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough into a 10- x 15-inch greased rimmed baking pan, and flatten slightly. Press handle of a wooden spoon into dough to make indentations at 1-inch intervals; drizzle dough with oil, and sprinkle with salt and remaining ingredients.
- Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut bread into rectangles, and serve warm.
Notes
Refrigerated French bread dough gives you a jump start on this crispy, crunchy focaccia. Serve it plain, with warm marinara sauce, or crowned with your favorite pizza toppings.
