This is regarding my previous comment. After letting the fudge cool my husband who is a fudge expert (flavor) said it was terrible. I don't like fudge so I didn't taste it but I feel I've wasted a lot of money since I used the best semi sweet chocolate, marshmallows, flavorings, etc. Please recheck your recipe because normally I love all of your recipes Mr. Food is my favorite go to when I need a recipe. Thank you.

Hi there! We're sorry this didn't work out for you. The Test Kitchen just retried this recipe and it worked perfectly. Everyone at the office devoured it. There are 5-ounce cans of evaporated milk. The Test Kitchen used Carnation brand, so be sure to ask your grocer if you can't find it on the shelf. Also, be sure to let the milk, sugar, and salt boil for five minutes before putting in the rest of the ingredients. It should be liquidy and easy to stir the chocolate chips. We hope you'll give this recipe another chance. We look forward to your next results! Happy Holidays.

Yes I'll try again thanks for answering.

I think you might have an error in the recipe as it calls for 1 (5ounce) can of evaporated milk the only thing I could find was 15 ounce cans so I measured 5 ounces and haven't tasted it yet but it was very, very hard to stir chips, marshmallows pecans in plus the color doesn't look like yours. Could you please tell me if I should have used the whole can (15 ounces)? Thank you
