When I open this recipe, it only gives the ingredients. No instructions on how to make it or temperature to bake it.

Hi Doris, We are working to restore the instrections but in the meantime I included them here. Thanks! 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. 2. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and place back in pot. Stir in soup, milk, cheese, butter, bacon, salt, and pepper; mix well. 3. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and sprinkle evenly with remaining cheese, bacon, and scallions. 4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Hi there! Yes, you can prepare the mac and cheese the day before, just be sure to bring it to room temperature before baking it or it will take longer to cook. Enjoy!

Made this a few days ago, the hubs loved it. What we did different is use mild cheddar instead of sharp.

I can't count how many times I've made this for my husband and friends in the past year. This is the EASIEST mac n cheese and it is beyond delicious. The left overs are good too (I'm picky about left overs). It's great as a side but I prefer to just have a big ol' bowl of the stuff al a carte. To suite my personal unhealthy taste I add a bit extra of bacon.

I am not a fan of homemade mac n cheese (unless Velveeta is used) and this recipe is AWESOME beyond words. Beats any other recipe hands down. The only thing I did differently was using Walmart's Mexican blend cheese (monterey jack, cheddar, queso quesadilla and asadero cheeses) rather than regular sharp cheddar. It made it nice and smooth.

This is by far the best mac 'n cheese I have ever eaten. It is creamy and full of flavor and so easy... my only modifications were to saute a small sweet onion and I warmed the milk and cheddar cheese soup together before pouring over the macaroni. I used rotini instead of elbow macaroni because that's what I had in the house... this IS the perfect mac 'n cheese..

My husband and I just love this dish so much but I had to cut it down to half the size as it was too much for just two of us and it worked out real good!
