Herb Crusted Chicken

With just a few squirts of cooking spray, boneless chicken breasts are ready for our flavorful herb coating. Herb-crusted chicken can't be any easier!
What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1 (2-1/2- to 3-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces and skin removed
- Nonstick cooking spray
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a nonstick rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chicken and spray; mix well. Place egg whites in a shallow dish.
- Dip the chicken in the egg whites then in the bread crumb mixture, coating completely. Place chicken pieces 1 inch apart on the baking sheet. Spray the chicken with cooking spray and bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until no pink remains and the juices run clear.
