Very good. I used bnls snlss chicken thighs and Thai sweet chili sauce for the pepper sauce and Penzy's BBQ 3001 for chili powder (don't like chili powder). I didn't have any steak sauce so it was left out. Served it over rice. The sauce was SO good.

Sounds great ! Am I safe in guessing this will work with boneless chicken pieces too ?

Hi there! While we haven't tried this recipe with boneless chicken, it will work. However, the cooking time will be less than bone-in chicken. Cook until chicken is no longer pink inside. Enjoy!

This is a good recipe There is an easier version that uses 1 stick butter or margerine ...after browning chicken add a bottle of barbecue sauce and 1 cup water cover and simmer till chicken is tender

My husband really liked the barbeque sauce. I made more than the recipe called for because the recipe seemed kind of skimpy. The chicken was very tender. Easy to make and I will make this again for sure.
