NO MILK IN A REAL MALTED MILK AND IT TASTES A 100% BEATER. BUT YOU DO HAVE TO GET THE MALT TO MIX IT WITH.

One of my favorite treats is a milkshake. I love them even better when someone makes it for me. However, this recipe is really easy so I think I can make a special one just for myself.

I like that this recipe begins with the plain vanilla ice cream and is flavored with the chocolate sauce. I would never have thought about using extract in a shake before but I suppose that addition provides a little something extra.

I substituted Light vanilla almond milk, which eliminated the need for vanilla extract and I threw in just a few frozen strawberries for extra cold and it was YUMMY! Chocolaty thick with just a light hint of strawberry flavor.
