This is my all time favorite smoothie. I have used strawberry banana yogurt or one strawberry and one banana to change it up. It is so delicious and refreshing. Much better than McDonalds version for sure.

Auntie M: Feel free to use 1 quart of fresh strawberries in place of frozen. Thanks for cooking with us!

Haven't tried this yet. Question: How much fresh strawberries to use? Only frozen is listed but Mr. F. had fresh berries in the video. Want to make for grandkids summer visit.

BJ FollmerWeirich: Thanks for catching that! Because this recipe uses frozen strawberries, the ice is really optional. We've gone ahead and added it to the recipe to avoid any confusion.

The video mentions "ice", however the receipt does not? Is it missing?

I make these however, I make individual smoothies & I don't add the milk. They come out ultra thick, extra smooth, and creamy. Also, if I don't have the strawberry yogurt on hand I use vanilla, it gives it just a hint of that little hint of vanilla flavor with over overtaking the fruit flavors. Enjoy...
