Can you tell me how much shredded coconut is needed in cup equivalents. My cookies failed terribly and I'm wondering if I didn't use the correct amount of coconut. In Canada everything is measured in grams. I used a conversion chart but it didn't work for me.

Hi there! The conversion comes out to about 5 cups of coconut. :) Hope this was helpful!

I love these! I've made them many times because it's easy to keep the ingredients in the pantry, and they freeze well, too! Also, I use a small scoop to keep the size the same.

The flavor is good but they do not come off the parchment paper. Had to throw the whole batch away. What a waste.

Oh no! We're sorry to hear you had some trouble removing your cookies from the parchment paper. In order to avoid similar issues in the future, we've reviewed the recipe and added that cookies should be removed from parchment paper while still warm. We hope you'll give these cookies another try, as they really are delicious!
