We love these No-Bake Cookie Clusters because they're a sweet homemade treat that we can make without using our oven. This makes them the perfect summer cookie! Plus, these cookies taste as good as more traditional recipes. Creamy chocolate and peanut butter are always a winning combination!

What You'll Need

  • 1 (12-ounce) package white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cup crispy toasted rice cereal
  • 1 cup Spanish peanuts
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

What to Do

  1. Line baking sheets with wax paper.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate with peanut butter, stirring constantly. Let mixture cool slightly, then stir in cereal and peanuts. Fold in marshmallows.
  3. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Let cool until firm. Serve, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Mr. Food Test Kitchen Tip!

  • You can add some fun to these by sprinkling on a little flaked coconut, colored sprinkles, or chopped candy bars before allowing to cool.

  • No-bake desserts are a great way to keep the kitchen cool and make everyone happy! We've got lots of good ones, but we think you should definitely try our Chocolate Garden Pie and our Belgian Chocolate Pie.

I really enjoy no-bake snacks, and by looking at the ingredients, I can tell these will be a hit. I will have trouble not snacking on the peanuts and chocolate chips before I can even make the recipe. Thanks for the unique mix of tasty treats! This will be a great Halloween snack for work.

I made these but instead of the white chocolate chips, I used semi sweet chocolate chips, colored marshmallows added some coconut and my husband loves them. Will definitely make them for family gatherings.

These sound really really good!!!!I will definitely make these cookies for my wife&me.Also share with my In-Laws and friends!!!!Yum!!!! yum!!!!!Can't wait to taste them!!!!!!!!your baking buddies,Tom and Debbie OodyJr.

So what are you rating??

These are the absolute best! Since I was little banana cake has been my favorite. These muffins have replaced it. They don't fall apart and leave a trail of crumbs for the dog. They are all mine!

These are not muffins, you are confused.

just made them,soooooo yummy

sounds like a possible gluten free recipe, will have to check

loved them..j

I made these at Christmas for a family member who cannot eat dark chocolate. They were delicious and so easy to make.

That's a good idea! Make a batch and put them in a pretty Christmas tin. You could even vary them easily by separating the basic dough and maybe adding different nut and chip. Maybe pecans and butterscotch or walnuts and peanut butter chips.

bet these would be good rolled in crushed chocolate creme filled cookies!

Have had this recipe for years.....would recommend regular peanuts, as spanish peanuts have that skin on them........these are called "Polar Bears", btw. "Dirty Polar Bears" are made with cocoa-krispies, and almonds....just made that recipe up when I didn't have right ingredients for this recipe.

I make these with cheerios and use a little more peanut butter than it calls for! yummy!

You can also make them into bars if you don't want to spend the time doing the cookies. Just remember to grease the pan.

I think I'm going to try this with a little more peanut butter. Walmart has great party peanuts with sea salt & no skin. I love them. The rice crispys sounds good.

This is a fast and easy cookie to make and may I say delicious!

Good if you like really, really sweet

How many does it make?

depends on how big you make them

I am looking for a recipe made with oatmeal, chocolate and the rest I forgot. They are no bake. Thank you, dearcat
