Made this for dinner tonight for the two of us, using a Marie Callender frozen crust, Sargento shredded mozzarella, and Newman's Own Sockarooni pasta sauce, following the recipe faithfully. My oven is calibrated, and 50 minutes was perfect. Came out great -- Tasty, good texture. Will definitely make again. Thanks, Mr. Food!

Swap the pepperoni for diced ham and you have a western omelet quiche. Man, that will be good also.
