Frozen Raspberry Cream

Who would believe that three simple ingredients and three simple steps could create such a sensational summertime treat? Shhh? no one has to know how easy it is!!
What You'll Need
- 1 (14-ounce) package frozen raspberries
- 1 (12-ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
What to Do
- Process frozen raspberries in an electric blender until slushy, stopping once to scrape down sides.
- Add frozen lemonade concentrate, and process until blended.
- Add ice cream, and process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Spoon mixture into a 9- x 13-inch pan. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. To serve, use an ice cream scoop.
