Instant Strawberry Sorbet
- MAKES
- 1 pint
It's a steamy summer night and you need an icy dessert to beat the heat. There's only a bag of frozen fruit in the freezer and it's too hot to go out. In less time than it would take to go to the store, you can make Instant Strawberry Sorbet.
What You'll Need
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
What to Do
- Combine strawberries and corn syrup in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, or cover and freeze until ready to serve.
Notes
Since variety is the spice of life, try this with different frozen fruits from blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries to peaches.

I have made this sooo many times! I have used mango, blueberries & pineapple as well. Mixed berries didn't work as well...mostly because of all of the seeds. It is my husband's favorite before bed snack
