I started making this about 40 years ago. My daughter now makes it and her oldest son now has been making it. Been in the family for a very long time.

My aunt made this literally every Thanksgiving and Christmas. She done it for at least 15 years that i remember. When she passed away a few years ago I wanted to keep the tradition of making it but could never find the recipe. I remember helping her make it a few years but could not remember quantity of ingredients, I am glad to have finally found it again! ) Though we choose a more local name and she called it Tennessee Mud Pie

DELICIOUS! Topped with handful of crushed Oreos , YUM

Horrible name but probably true if you eat enough. This is a wonderful dessert and always a hit. Been making for many years and will continue to make. One of my all time favorites, regardless of the occasion, it's that good!

Help, do you mix the chocolate and vanilla pudding together with the milk or make them separat. I got the ingredients but not the instructions.

Hi there! This recipe comes from one of our blogger friends, Joan. You can find the instructions on her blog by clicking on the link next to the green circle. The link says, "just click here."

I have made this dessert many time, but under a different name. My recent BBQ guests even asked for the recipe. Children always love it. I suggest chopping the nuts finely so that they mix into the base easily.

That's an offensive name for this dessert. Boo on you, Mr. Food.

I have been making this recipe for many years, but it calls for only chocolate pudding. It is named "Chocolate Delight", which is more appealing.
