What You'll Need
- 1 1/2 cup (about 1/2 of a 16-ounce package) frozen mixed vegetables containing broccoli, thawed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can condensed broccoli cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3 cups hot cooked fettucinne (about 8 ounces uncooked)
What to Do

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook thawed vegetables and garlic in butter 5 to 8 minutes, or until tender-crisp, stirring often.

Stir in soup, milk, cheese, salt, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour mixture over hot fettuccine and toss to coat.
