First of all, I love banana bread! Now I've found this recipe with walnuts and chocolate chips. I have to make this soon. This recipe sounds like a good breakfast bread or dessert. I will enjoy it warm out of the oven with a cup of coffee. Thanks for the great recipe!

Good morning. Love that you still have the Mr.Food segment on. My mom and I never miss it,if we are going to be away at that time than we record it lol. Can I leave out the chocolate chips in this recipe and if so are there any adjustments needed to the recipe? Thanks in advance for a reply.

Hi there! We're glad to hear that you and your mom are such big fans of the show. :) Yes, you can leave out the chocolate chips in this recipe, just add 1/4 c more chopped walnuts if you do. Enjoy!

This looks even better than the regular banana bread I usually make. Love the addition of walnuts!
