Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Less work than mashed potatoes and more flavorful than plain rice, these crisp roasted potatoes will become a favorite dinner partner at your house, too, I betcha!
What You'll Need
- 2 pounds small red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag. Stir mixture in bowl or seal bag, and shake well to coat.
- Arrange potatoes in a well-greased 9- x 13-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Way too high a baking temperature. The potato cuts are small; after 40 minutes at 450 degrees, they burned and crinkled up.
