I am happy to find such an easy recipe for stuffing. I like Italian sausage but never thought to use it instead of regular pork sausage in stuffing. This is a recipe I will use throughout the year, not just at the holidays. I've been buying the boxed stuffing, which is ok, but let's face it, it's not as good as home-made!
