Blender Caesar Salad Dressing

You don't have to go to a restaurant to get a great Caesar salad. Keep adding and subtracting ingredients to our Blender Caesar Salad Dressing until you get it just the way you like it.
What You'll Need
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar (red or white)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 (2-minute) boiled eggs
- 1 (2-ounce) cans anchovy fillets
What to Do
- In a blender jar, blend garlic, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, eggs, and anchovy fillets until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Note
To create a complete Caesar salad, toss this tasty dressing over bite-sized pieces of romaine lettuce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, black pepper and croutons, if desired. Toss well and serve.
