    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
    • 4 hoagie rolls, split
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

    What to Do

    1. Coat a grill pan with cooking spray.

    2. Sprinkle catfish evenly on both sides with onion powder, salt, and ground red pepper.

    3. Cook fish on grill pan over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily, turning occasionally.
