What You'll Need
- 2 cups (12 ounces) white, semisweet, or milk chocolate chips
- 1 (10-ounce) package pretzel rods
- Assorted chopped nuts, sprinkles, or crushed candies (See Note)
What to Do
- Line baking sheets with wax paper.
- Melt chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently (do not overheat).
- Holding the top of a pretzel rod, spoon and spread melted chocolate over bottom two-thirds of the pretzel, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off pretzel back into saucepan. Holding pretzel over baking sheet, sprinkle chocolate with nuts, sprinkles, or crushed candies. Place on baking sheet and repeat with remaining pretzels.
- Chill 10 minutes, or until chocolate is set. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
Note
Use toppings like chopped pecans, walnuts, or almonds, sprinkles, or crushed mini M&M candies or other favorites.
