Roasted Bacon Pecans

What You'll Need

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 6 bacon slices, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Stir together first 3 ingredients; spread in an ungreased 10-inch by 15-inch rimmed baking sheet.
     
  2. Bake, stirring occasionally, 25 minutes or until pecans are toasted and bacon is done.
     
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and salt; stir to coat. Cool pecans, and store in refrigerator.

Notes

You may need to make 2 batches of these delicious snackers, and this recipe's super easy to double.
