Our easy deli salad recipe for Garden Turkey Salad is a real treat since turkey has all those good-for-you nutrients. It makes for a great potluck dish at your backyard party over the summer. Turkey and veggies are a hit with everyone!
What You'll Need
- 1/2 pound turkey breast, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1/2 pound bow tie pasta
- 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 red onion, cut in half and sliced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- Cook pasta according to the package directions; drain, rinse, and drain again.
- In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Add pasta, stirring gently until well combined.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
