If you thought you had to go to an Indian restaurant to get the authentic tastes of Indian cooking, well...think again! This one will give you homemade rich curry flavor in a juicy turkey cutlet.
What You'll Need
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound turkey breast cutlets (2 to 3 cutlets)
What to Do
- Vegetable oil for coating
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the curry and onion powders, cumin, and salt. Sprinkle the cutlets with the mixture and rub them with lightly oiled hands, coating the cutlets evenly.
- Grill the cutlets for 12 to 14 minutes or until no pink remains and the juices run clear, turning halfway through the grilling.
Notes
The larger the cutlet, the longer the grilling time. So, be sure that you grill the cutlets until they're cooked all the way through.
