Turkey Cranberry Salad

Turkey Cranberry Salad is a great dish that you've probably never thought of making before. You probably eat chicken salad all the time, right? But turkey?! After you try this, you'll see what you've been missing!
What You'll Need
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/8 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
What to Do
In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients together; chill until ready to serve.

Why use dried cranberries, when there are probably leftover cranberries. I have never been to a Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinner that didn't have leftover cranberries. Yes, those cranberries that come in a can with jelly around them. I may try to just mix in some of those jellied cranberries with the mayonaisse, turkey, celery & onion. af
