- 2 (8-ounce) cans whole-kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened softened
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 (2-ounce) jar chopped pimientos, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 stick butter, sliced
What to Do
- In a microwave-safe serving dish, combine corn, cream cheese, green chilies, pimientos, salt, and pepper.
- Place butter slices on top and microwave on high about 8 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
