- 2 (12-ounce) packages frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
What to Do
- In a skillet over medium heat, combine corn, cream, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper; heat 5 minutes or until hot.
- In a small bowl, whisk together milk and flour, and stir into corn mixture. Cook 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Serve.
