    What You'll Need

    • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon sea salt

    What to Do

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, and oil; toss until evenly coated.  Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.  Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until softened.
