Open Faced Chicken Bruschetta

This hearty Open Face Chicken Bruschetta recipe can be thrown together in a snap for a light Italian-style lunch or dinner, or a great party snack.! What You'll Need
- 1 (8-ounce) loaf garlic bread
- 1 cup marinara sauce, divided
- 1 (10-ounce) package fully cooked, refrigerated grilled chicken breast strips
- 1 cup (4-ounces) shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
What to Do

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place garlic bread butter side up on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until bread is lightly browned.

Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce over garlic bread. Place chicken strips over sauce, then top chicken with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley.
- Bake 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is heated through.
