The only thing better than chicken wings are chicken wings with a Southwestern, spicy kick. Serve up Santa Fe Wings - we're sure that your guests will agree!
What You'll Need
- 1 (5 pound) package frozen split chicken wings
- 1 cup hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
What to Do

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place chicken wings on 2 large rimmed baking sheets. Bake 40 to 50 minutes, or until cooked and crisp, turning halfway through cooking.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine remaining ingredients and microwave on high power 1 minute, or until butter is melted. Mix well, then add wings and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
