I make this dish all the time, though cut back as it is only for myself. First time was good, but like others found the cumin a bit much, so just add a dash now. Only other change I make is to add onion flakes to the sauce. A different sauce from time to time to change the flavour a bit.

Making this as we speak. I dont need to wait to taste to know that they will be great! Not adding the cumin, however. So easy to do, we will be making this regularly now. Thanks!

I fixed these tonight for supper and they were very good. I prepared exactly as the recipe stated but for me personally I did not care so much for the cumin in this dish. I still give it a 5 star rating as my husband said they were good and other folks taste would probably agree.

Two young, picky eaters gave this recipe a big thumbs up, I have a feeling this is going to be a regular at our house from now on. I made two adjustments to the recipe. First, I removed the skin from the drumsticks, and covered the dish with foil for the first 30 minutes of baking (left uncovered after coating with sauce as per the recipe.) Since there was no skin to seal in the juices the foil kept them from drying out. Secondly, I did not add the additional seasonings to the bbq sauce. Just used our favorite sauce and it turned out fine. Also, not only are these good just out of the oven, but they're also quite yummy cold from the fridge for a quick lunch or snack!
