This was amazing. I made it for a friend's b-day party and everyone loved it!

Wow What a treat, I made this exactly as the recipe. It was wonderful, all the family wanted more!

Has anyone tried making this with Italian Dressing and other seasonings. I'm a little cautious in the summer months when it comes to using mayonnaise. Travel time alone to the BBQ party could spoil the salad.

This was great! I made a few modifications: used plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream; added crumbled bacon, broccoli, and grape tomatoes, plus a sprinkle of garlic salt. Yum!

Served this dish at our salad supper tonight and got so many oooh it's so good! Truly a hit with my ladies! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Is there a mistake with the 1 oz package of Ranch dressing??? I'm in the process of making this and my package of Ranch dressing is 16 oz.

The recipe is correct, it is a 1-ounce package of DRY ranch dressing mix, not bottled ranch dressing. Thank you and enjoy!

Why does Mr Food have us rinsing the pasta? This removes flavor and nutrients, martieg.

If you prefer not to rinse the pasta, you don't need to. We recommend it because it removes the excess starch so the pasta won't stick together. Thank you for your question!

Yes...is all I can say!!!!

I will be using a variation of this recipe using low fat and fat free products. Some wheat/grain pasta. Hoping I still turns out.

My picky children ate this like they hadn't been fed for a week. The roasted peppers were easily picked out and the rest of it disappeared like vanishing ink! Truly a keeper for our house!!
