What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
What to Do
- Spray cold grill rack with cooking spray; preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees). Combine lime juice and oil in a small bowl; brush over both sides of chicken. Sprinkle chicken evenly with seasoning.
- Place chicken on heated grill rack; grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until done.
Notes
Tame the heat of this chicken by serving it with a fruit salsa. You can make your own or find it in larger supermarkets. It's a great combination!
