I have no stars next to where it says "My Rating", so it is very hard to rate a recipe when there is no stars to click on. The comment section tells me to enter a rating before it will post my comment. Very strange with no stars to click on.

I love the recipes but if I may make an observation, Make the video so it doesn't start when the page loads, let that be the viewer's option, and stop the flashing and moving ads. It kills my computer and makes it very hard to see the recipes. I am not about to buy a gaming computer to view recipes ! Thanks.

This was soooo good and easy! I had Ranch dip in the refrigerator so I used that. Very good!!

I live alone, so used chicken tenders instead of breasts and tried it with goat cheese. YUM!

Looks great and sounds good can't wait to try.

Quick and good

Whipped this up for dinner tonight, for two. So easy to make, and phenomenal in flavor! Followed the recipe exactly, other than using shredded Swiss cheese instead of sliced. It was on the table in 20 minutes from pouring the oil into the skillet, and we both agreed that this chicken, some steamed veggies, a nice little salad and a glass of Prosecco made for a super supper! Thanks, Mr. Food!

I cooked the smothered Chicken Florentine and it was quick and delicious.

Huh?

Look at the recipe again , your making it taste better because of the extra moisture on the chicken. My husband doesn't like chicken but he will eat this because it tastes so good.

So why ruin it and increase the calories by putting dip in it instead of real spinach?

It's the sour cream that keeps the chicken moist!! The spinach is just an added flavor.

Search Chicken Florentine recipes, redneck, and you'll find that they call for a list of ingredients that is similar to what you find in the typical spinach dip -- Mayonnaise, sour cream, and the like. And spinach dip contains REAL SPINACH!
