What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoons packaged dry taco seasoning mix (from a 1.25-ounce package) (see Note)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 pound skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- Cooking spray
What to Do
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine taco seasoning mix, chili powder, and salt. Lightly coat each thigh with cooking spray. Sprinkle seasoning mixture onto each thigh and rub evenly to coat well.
- Grill the chicken, turning occasionally, for 15 to 18 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and its juices run clear.
Note
Taco seasoning mix is available in the supermarket spice section or in the ethnic foods section.
