I am thinking about using this recipe but modifying it by marinating the chicken and grilling it.

Could you use skinless or boneless/skinless chicken pieces for this recipe? If so, would I need to alter the recipe in any way? Thank you.

Hi there! You wouldn't get the same results, because boneless, skinless chicken cooks so much faster, it won't have the time to caramelize or brown with the flavors. Thanks for reaching out to us with this question!

Could you make this with skinless or even boneless/skinless chicken pieces as well? If so, would I need to change the recipe in any way? Thank you.
