What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 (3- to 4-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat, baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except chicken; mix well. Add chicken to seasoning mixture and toss until evenly coated. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear and no pink remains.
