No-Egg Eggnog

Our No-Egg Eggnog is a delicious non-alcoholic eggnog recipe that doesn't use any eggs! It's so good, everyone will be slurping it off their lips!
What You'll Need
- 5 1/2 cups milk
- 1 (4-serving size) package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 4 teaspoons rum extract
- 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, divided
- 2 cups (1 pint) heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
What to Do
- In a punch bowl, combine milk and pudding mix; mix well. Add rum extract and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg; mix well and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat heavy cream and confectioners' sugar until stiff peaks form. Add half of whipped cream mixture to milk mixture; stir until well blended. Dollop remaining whipped cream mixture over top and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Serve immediately.
Notes
This recipe can be made ahead, but you may need to add some milk to thin it down just before serving.

Yum! I love that this doesn't have eggs in it, as I don't like "real" eggnog for that reason. Will have to try this!

Can I substitute actual rum for the rum extract? I feel like this drink needs a kick to cut through all the sweetness.

Hi there! Rum extract is more concentrated than regular rum. You will need to use about 1/4 c more rum than rum extract. Enjoy!

never had egg nog before. the thought of drinking flavored raw egg grosses me out so I made this. My husband who loves egg nog said it was o.k. but the recipe is not a keeper. My daughter thought it was gross. I tried egg nog today, and I thought it was icky. And it was totally different from the no egg egg nog

Excellent taste and healthier not using eggs. I used French vanilla flavored instant pudding mix in place of the vanilla flavor for a richer taste. I'll be making this recipe year round!
