Goblins and ghouls will surely be after our Devilishly Good Eggs! These festive deviled eggs will be the hit of any Halloween party.

    What You'll Need

    • 6 eggs
    • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
    • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
    • Roasted red peppers, for garnish
    • Black olives, for garnish

    What to Do

    1. Place eggs in a small saucepan and add enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil over high heat; remove pan from heat, cover, and allow to sit 20 minutes.

    2. Drain hot water and run cold water over eggs. Allow to cool 5 to 10 minutes before peeling.

    3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.

    4. In a medium bowl, combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt, and ground red pepper; mix well.

    5. Spoon mixture back into egg whites. Decorate with roasted red peppers and olives (see photo). Serve immediately, or cover lightly and chill until ready to serve.

YOUR RECIPES ARE TOO LONG, I WASTE A SECOND SHEET OF PAPER WITH NOTHING ON IT EXCEPT ENOUGH TO RUIN THE PAPER. PLEASE SHORTEN YOUR PAPER LENGTH AND DO THE MAKE IT FIT PRINT. THANK YOU.

Try clicking on PAGE when the print box comes up, OR right click on recipe and select " print preview" and select the pages you want to print. I print page 1, then replace the page in the printer to print on the other side if I need it.

I've tried this recipe and the eggs were good. I added sweet relish the next time and it really added a lot of taste. Instead of red pepper, I used paprika to garnish.

I added real bacon bits to egg mixture, must try! It tastes OH SO GOOD!

I add sweet relish to my egg mix. OH SO GOOD and a favorite at brandings and potlucks.

What are brandings? Not burning logos on bovine butts I hope.

I tried these, and instead of the red pepper, I added a small can of deviled ham. I made a dozen egs,and doubled the ingredients, and they were a huge hit with everyone.

Process 1/4 onion, add to mixture. Good, hot Hungarian Paprika, or cayenne pepper is a great top garnish too
