I make this quit often, especially when camping. I use pork sausage and add onion with the peppers. Add the salsa when I put on the cheese. I have never had anyone complain.

Sounds good, but wouldn't it be better with some added salsa to give it a little more "character"? Needs something to bump up the flavor.
