What You'll Need
- 1 two-pound fresh mahimahi fillet, cut into 6 pieces
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts (see Note)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
- Place the mahi mahi fillets on a rimmed baking sheet. Season with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Top with the macadamia nuts and drizzle with the melted butter. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
Notes
Instead of using a chopper to chop the nuts, place them on a cutting board and use a knife to cut them into equal-sized pieces - that way they won't get too finely chopped.
