What You'll Need
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup soft breadcrumbs (homemade)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper; place skin side down in a lightly greased 7- x 11-inch or 9-inch square baking dish.
- Combine mustard, butter, and honey in a small bowl; brush over fish. Combine breadcrumbs, pecans, and parsley in another small bowl; spoon evenly across top of fish.
- Bake, uncovered, for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
